Montar a
válvula T_RL e T_RC Mounting the valve T_RL
and T_RC
• Equipar o accionamento
de elevação LFT-R (4)
com O-Rings (5, 9, 16)
e fixá-lo com o anel
articulado (11) na lanter-
na (14).
• Colocar os O-Rings
(12, 13.1) no casquilho
(3) e colocar o casquilho
no mandril de monta-
gem, art. n.º 221-105.93,
221-105.94. Colocar
o O-Ring (13.2) no cimo
e introduzir tudo na
manga impulsora (15).
• Introduzir o arrastador
(1) com O-Ring (2) na
manga impulsora (15)
e pré-tensionar com
o mandril de montagem
(art. n.º 221-105.76) e a
chave tubular sextavada
tam. 36. Colocar tudo no
accionamento de eleva-
ção (4), fixar com o anel
de retenção (7) no
êmbolo (8) e aliviar
a tensão.
• Equip the LFT-R lifting
actuator (4) with O-ring
(5, 9, 16) and fix it at the
lantern (14) using the
hinged clamp (11)
• Provide bushing (3)
with O-rings (12, 13.1)
and plug it on to the
mandrel, part no.
221-105.93, 221-105.94 .
Then place O-ring (13.2)
on the top and push
everything into the
drive sleeve (15).
• Push striker (1) com-
plete with O-ring (2)
into the drive sleeve
(15) and pre-stress with
mandrel (part no. 221-
105.76) and tubular hex.
box spanner size 36.
Insert everything into
the lifting actuator (4)
and fix with snap ring
(7) at the piston (8) and
relieve.
