● Press and hold down the button on the
right of the electronic card.
- The filling nozzle travels to position
41.
● Check the nozzle's filling position.
- The deviation may not be more than +/- 1.5 mm.
If the first filling position is not correct:

Danger from automatic start
The conveyor chain can start to move when work is being carried out.
There is a risk of crushing and electric shock.
► Disconnect the cable from the power supply before starting the work.
● Take the sampling device out of the lid
as described in ”Replacing the chain
and sprocket” and turn over.
- The limit switch is accessible.
● Change the position of the limit switch
so that the filling nozzle is exactly on the
marking for the first filling position.
● Re-assemble the sampling device.
● Check the nozzle's first filling position again as described above.
