C) Frequency calibration check
Frequency (measure) calibration check (
Section 2.10 ).

Set-up the equipment as follows:
Signal generator: Output = 10 V, Unipolar,
Square wave
DPI620G-IS: Units: Hz or kHz
Input trigger level = 5 V
• Apply the input values that are applicable to the
calibration (Ref:
Table 10-8 or Table 10-9 ):
Hz: 100, 990
kHz: 1.1, 4.9
• Check the error is within the specified limits (Ref: Table
10-8 or Table 10-9 ).
Frequency (source) calibration check ( Section 2.10 ).

Set-up the equipment as follows:
Frequency meter: Gate time = one second
DPI620G-IS: Units: Hz or kHz.
• Source the values that are applicable to the calibration:
Hz: 100, 990
kHz: 4.5
• Check the error is within limits (Ref: Table 10-8 or Table
10-9 ).
