To enable LAN redundancy if the VLAN is configured in either NET1 or NET2 interfaces:

Connect to the rear maintenance RS-232 port. See “D.20 RIO field and network
connectors” on page 29.

Configure secure access
The
Configure Secure Access
menu allows you to configure the modes through which
users can access the D.20 RIO.
Configure SSH service
Enable or disable access to the D.20 RIO through the SSH protocol.
Configure web mode
Select if users can access the D.20 RIO web interface through an HTTP connection or if
users should be redirected to an HTTPS connection.
Configure
administrator only
logins
Select if access to command-line utilities is restricted to Administrator-level users or not.
By default, this option is enabled. This setting restricts access to the following services:

Login
•
SSH
•
SFTP
