Troubleshooting
The table below contains a list of fault symptoms and explains what
you can do to remedy the problem if your lawn mower fails to work
properly. If the problem still persists, either contact your nearest service

Fuel tank is empty
Check the fuel tank, and
refuel if required.
Spark plug not

Connect the spark plug with
the spark plug cap.
Blades hitting the grass
to be cut.
Increase the cutting height
of the mower so that the
blades will not contact with
the grass while working.
Battery pack (34) is
empty
Charge the battery pack (34)
Cutting
/ Engine
performance
decreases
Cutting height not
suitable
Increase or decrease the
cutting height using the
height adjustment lever (16).
Cutting blades are dull or
blunt.
Replace the blades with new
/ sharp blades.
When using side
discharge chute (13).
Clean around the side
discharge chute (13).
NOTE:
Always ensure the
engine is turned off.
Catcher (17) is full.
