Automatic selection of shrink fitting parameters

Start or cancel / end the shrink fitting process, release the coil lock

Mode button: Chuck type and shank ⌀ selection, switching between operating modes

Boost button: Shrink fitting time increased by 15 %

Spray cooler: Switch on the optional SKE 1 spray cooling unit

Display chuck type:

SL = slim shrink-fit chuck

N = standard shrink-fit chuck

V = reinforced shrink-fit chuck

SC-green = Shrink Collet shrink-fit chuck– Shrinking in

SC-red = Shrink Collet shrink-fit chuck– Removing

MAN = manual performance selection

Increasing the diameter of the tool (only in automatic operating mode).
Increasing the power (only in manual operating mode)

Reducing the diameter of the tool (only in automatic operating mode).
Reducing the power (only in manual operating mode)

LED display
Each operating mode is indicated by the respective LED:

Automatic operating mode:
When the unit is not in an active cycle, the selected tool diameter is displayed in mm.
At the start of the shrink fitting process the display switches to the time remaining of the
generator in seconds.

Manual operating mode (hand symbol):
The display always shows the elapsed shrink time.

Fault condition:
In a fault condition an error number is displayed.
Display of the software version of the control panel
The uppermost mode LED (TV = yellow) lights up and software version of the control panel is
displayed for 5 seconds. Here the software version of the generator is displayed immediately.

The third mode LED (TSF = yellow) lights up and software version of the generator is displayed for
5 seconds.
