Connecting peripheral devices after install-
ing the server in the rack cabinet
Connect peripheral devices after installing the server in the rack cabinet. Keep the interval from
connected origin to the connection destination as a lot as possible when you connect the cable. To
prevent it from the power cable's coming off and falling, then bind it at approximately 10 cm position
from the connector by using the supplied release tie that passed clamp the rear of the server.
When plugging off the cable, make sure to unplug the connector at the server end.

Labeling a server with product ID and
manufactures number
Attach the "Product ID and manufactures number label" that you filled in according to "2.2 Pre-work
preparations" (

Product ID and manufactures number may be required when you contact an office
listed in the "Contact Information" of "Start Guide" in case of server failure. Make sure
to attach the label in place.
Release tie
Make the circle by
passing tie ahead in
the box. Afterwards,
tighten by pulling it.
