Removing the operator panel and 5-inch storage bays

Pull out the operator panel.
Pull the operator panel slowly towards you while
pressing its latches inward.

Disconnect the two cables from
the top of the operator panel.

Disconnect the internal and power cables from the 5-inch
hardware options and CD-ROM drive.

Remove the operator panel, CD-ROM drive, all 5-inch hardware
options and/or dummy units from their bays.
Pull out each option slowly towards you with its
latches being pressed inward.
