Forecast of cause
Abnormal installation (indoor unit/outdoor unit)
Fan failure (indoor unit/outdoor unit)
Compressor failure (outdoor)
Diagnosis method when abnormal noise is occurred
Abnormal noise is coming from Indoor unit.
(Check and correct followings)
Abnormal noise is coming from Outdoor
unit.
(Check and correct followings)
• Is main unit installed in stable condi-
tion?
• Is the installation of air suction grille and
front panel normal?
• Is main unit installed in stable condi-
tion?
• Is fan guard installed normally?
• Is fan broken or deformed?
• Is the screw of fan loose?
• Is there any object which obstruct the
fan rotation?
• Is fan broken or deformed?
• Is the screw of fan loose?
• Is there any object which obstruct the
fan rotation?

Check if vibration noise by loose bolt or
contact noise of piping is happening.
Is compressor locked?
• Check Compressor
