Threading the Wire Electrode

Threading the
Wire Electrode

IMPORTANT!

Carefully deburr the end of the wire electrode before threading the wire on it.

Requirement:
-

Wirefeeding hose connected

Wire electrode threaded in wirefeeder reel

Correct wirefeeder rollers and inlet nozzles present in laser welding head

Close clamping stirrup
Press the wire-threading button until
the wire electrode comes out of the
welding torch

Set contact pressure
