FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
The advanced console offers an array of features
designed to make your workouts more effective and
enjoyable.
The quick start mode of the console allows you to

button. As you exercise, the console will provide con-
tinuous exercise feedback. You can even measure
your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor or the
optional chest pulse sensor.
The console also offers the following programs:
Twenty-three preset programs that automatically
change the resistance of the pedals and prompt you to
maintain a target pace while guiding you through an
effective workout.
Three manual programs that allow you to set your own
time, distance, or calorie goal for the workout.
Two custom programs that allow you to create your
own workouts and store them in memory for future
use.
Two heart rate programs that automatically adjust the
resistance of the pedals to keep your heart rate near a
target level during your workouts.
A watts program that changes the resistance of the
pedals to keep your power output near a target level
during your workout.
A cool down mode that will help you recover from your
workout when you are finished exercising.
The console also features the iFit interactive workout
system that enables the console to accept iFit cards
