Sub-Objects
All sub-objects are 32 bit unsigned integers.
The sub-objects contain the 20 bit fix point representation of the wavelength. To
calculate the wavelength, the raw value must be divided by 1048576.
Sub-Objects for channels that are not present contain the value 0.
0x2003 Upper Limit of the Measuring Range
Description
Object 0x2003 contains the upper limit of the measuring range for all channels.
Each sub-object of 0x2003 corresponds to one channel of the device. Example:
0x2003sub1 contains the value for the first channel.
Object 0x2003 is read-only.
