General instructions for installation
Warning
Personal injury or material damage may result due to accidental movement of the con
nected actuators and uncontrollable movements of loose tubing.
Before carrying out mounting, installation and maintenance work, switch off the follow
ing:

Do not touch any components.
Observe the handling specifications for electrostatically sensitive devices.
