To select the primary activated operating panel.

Toggle switch function:

To avoid operator errors, only one operating panel - left or right - can
be activated at any one time.

The active panel LED indicates whether the relevant operating panel is
activated or deactivated by switch (19).

- LED "ON": Operating panel active.

- LED "OFF": Operating panel inactive.
