Adjustment Work on the Bondhead

1. Adjust distance of lower wire clamp.

Turn the fastening screw of the spring tighter/ looser

2. Adjust wire guide.

Loosen clamping screw of the eccentric

Turn eccentric

This changes the distance between the wire clamp and the bonding tool.
