9.7.6 Repeat Wire
Ideal for duplicating a single wire. With <Repeat Wire> a separate XY offset is defined for each bond position.
To do this, activate the mode
and click on a wire. Then select <Repeat Wire> with the right mouse button or <Mode> <Repeat Wire>. Specify the
number of repetitions with <Repeat Count> and train the first repetition with <Store Trace>. Correct the last repeti-
tion exactly and also enter the value with <Store Trace>.
Confirm with OK.
9.7.7 Change Bondorder
The order of the bonds can be changed. Using <Sel Down and Up> the wires can be selected and move <Up> and
<Down>.
Afterwards you can see where the wires have been, and where they are now, also in the
<Plot Pro-
gram>
everything is color coded.

Production Operation
9.8.1 Execute the bond program automatically
With
the automatic processing can be started. The prerequisite for this is that Multiwire is selected and a program suitable
for the product has been previously created or loaded from the database.
Afterwards the "Manual Adjust Window" appears for each adjustment point. There the component can be set up with
the joystick and confirmed with <Adjust>.
After the Adjust process the program is bonded.
TIP
It is possible to activate the Step Mode at any time. So the machine can be stopped without interrupting
the process.
The process can be interrupted and stopped by clicking Stop.
In the drop-down menu of the Start button, it is also possible to select whether to start from the first wire or from
any selected wire.
9.8.2 Rebond
In case of adhesion problems or repairs, the rebond mode can be used. The rebond mode is started with
or <Mode><Rebond>.
As usual, coordinates can be taught in with <Store Trace>. However, taught in positions are only stored temporarily
and thus the original bond program is not changed.
