REPLACEMENT OPERATIONS.
All replacement operations in this instruction manual must be carried out only after:
- the machine has been switched off (MAIN SWITCH IN O POSITION)
- the machine cable has been disconnected from the electricity supply
- the draft tap for the compressed air supply near the filter-reducer block has been closed,
and all the compressed air in the pneumatic installation has been emptied.
10.1 Replacement of heater resistor.
To carry out replacement operations proceed as follows:
Turn off the machine using the MAIN SWITCH and disconnect the machine cable from the
electricity supply.
Using the key supplied with the machine, open the rear door of the machine base, loosen screw
n. 90027.5 which maintains the electrical resistor in position.
Slide out the resistor from its housing located in the base of the heater,
Loosen the nut and counter-nut that fix the end of the electrical cable , and disconnect it from
the resistor.
This operation completed, the operator will find himself with the resistor in hand.
To assemble another resistor, carry out the above decription in reverse order.

Warning.
Given the high temperature of the resistor when the machine is running, thermal gloves and tweezers are
advised for extraction.
