FRONT END SETTINGS
Press and hold the ATT or ANT button on the front panel of the transceiver to open/close the
local panel.
RX WF - The Wide Filter button.
Press the RX WF to enable Wide Filter for the whole HF (0...65 MHz) or VHF (95...155 MHz)
band.
WF AUTO - Auto enable the Wide Filter.
Press the WF AUTO to switch on auto enable of the Wide Filter when the band-scope and/or
the second receiver on the other band are switched on.
VHF LNA - VHF LNA button.
Press the VHF LNA button to enable Low Noise Amplifier for the VHF band. Auto disable when
turn to HF band.
USE EXT REF - REF input enable button.
Press the USE EXT REF button to use 10 MHz external oscillator as the reference oscillator,
to improve frequency stability.
Receiver's sample rate:
39 kHz - 39 kHz sample rate button.
78 kHz - 78 kHz sample rate button.
156 kHz - 156 kHz sample rate button.
312 kHz - 312 kHz sample rate button.
Receiver's sample rate influences panorama's bandwidth and quadrature's bandwidth, which
could be transferred to the CW Skimmer.
RX ONLY A1...A4 - "RX only" mode buttons for the HF antennas.
Press the RX ONLY Ax button opposite to the required antenna input. Chosen antenna input
will be used only for RX, you won't be able to transmit via it.
RX HF A1...A4 - Receive antenna buttons for the HF band.
Press the RX HF Ax button to choose receive antenna for the HF band (more details in
).
TX HF A1...A4 - Transmit antenna buttons for the HF band.
Press the TX HF Ax button to choose transmit antenna for the HF band (more details in
