TRANSCEIVER OPERATIONS
7.25 Front End filters switching
Receiver's hardware has a set of sub-octave band filters for the HF band, narrow band filter for
the 2М band and wide filters for all Nyquist zone 0...65 MHz, 95...148 MHz.
Depending on the task, user can enable either filters by pressing the WF button on the front
panel of the transceiver.
WF - Wide/narrow band filter switch button on the receiver's input.
Press the WF button to enable wide filter with bandwidth 0...65 MHz (for HF) and 95...150 MHz
(for VHF).

If the WF AUTO mode is enabled setting , then WF button won't function.
You can control filter switching via the Front End Set t ings local panel.
RX WF - Wide band filter enable button.
Press the RX WF button to enable wide filter for all HF band (0...65 MHz) or VHF band
(95...155 MHz) - receiver automatically selects HF or VHF, depending on the tuning frequency.
WF AUTO - RX WF auto-enable button.
Press the WF AUTO button to let the wide filter auto-enable when you use wide Band-Scope
and/or second receiver on the other band.
7.26 Antenna switching
There are a couple of ways to switch the antennas in the transceiver:
ANT - Antennas switch button.
Short press the ANT button for synchronized (RX and TX) antenna switch. Successive presses
cycles through the antennas.
