8.2.1
Available TTL Output Signals
A 7.2 kHz TTL modulation signal is provided on the following BNC connectors (see
section
Description of the Rear Panel, p. 18
):
•
Mod Out
: internal modulation signal
•
Mod Sync
: synchronization signal
8.2.2
Monitoring Outputs
Output connectors located on the rear panel enable continuous monitoring of:
•
Actual values of current (
I
output),
•
Actual values of power (
P
output),
•
Actual values of wavelength (
λ
output)
•
Detection of motor displacement (
Sync.
output).
These monitor outputs use BNC connectors.
Signal levels are as follows:

Activating/Deactivating the
λ
Output as a Trigger
Subject
You can switch the
λ
output to a trigger (TTL) that is high when the T100S-HP is
scanning (only in positive direction ignoring return and backlash).
Procedure
1.
Press the
2nd
+
3
keys.
The
DATA
area display prompts you to activate the BNC connector as a trigger.
2.
Press
1
to activate the
λ
BNC connector as trigger.
3.
Press
Enter
to validate.
You can now use the
λ
BNC connector as a trigger.
4.
To switch the
λ
BNC connector back as the wavelength output:
a. Press the
2nd
+
3
keys
b. Press
0
to deactivate the
λ
BNC connector as trigger.
c. Press
Enter
to validate.
