Changing the Laser Diode Current
Subject
The laser diode current is displayed in the DATA area, at the right of the
I
key. To change
the laser diode current, proceed as follows:
Procedure
1.
In the MODE area, press the
I
function key.
2.
Do one of the following:
•
Using the numeric keypad, enter the wanted value. If you make a mistake while
entering the value, use the arrow keys
←
and
→
to correct your entry.
•
Turn the rotary knob until the wanted value is reached: turn right to increase the
value or left to decrease the value.
To modify the basic increment/decrement applied by the rotary knob, press the
↑
and
↓
arrow keys to set the scroll step at either 1 mA or 0.1 mA
.
3.
In the SETUP area, press the
ENTER
key.
