: This button can be used to manually remove the display of alarm information
from the window.
4. Video Error Detection
Black detection
: These settings define when black screen detection in a window generates an alarm.
Enable
: This button activates black detection.
Trigger Interval
: This setting specifies the number of consecutive black frames that will cause an
alarm to be generated.
Bl. Level Threshold
: This setting defines what is considered as black, measured in millivolts.
Bl. Area Threshold
: This specifies the percentage of the area of interest that has to be black in
order to trigger an alarm.
Alarm Status
: When the alarm status is On, any alarms that are generated will be displayed in both
the multiviewer window and the GUI.
Freeze detection
: These settings define when image freeze detection in a window generates an alarm.
Enable
: This button activates black detection.
Trigger Interval
: This setting specifies the number of consecutive frames that have to be
considered as a freeze in order to generate an alarm.
Fr. Area Threshold
: This setting defines the amount of variation in the Region of Interest that is
considered as a freeze, measured as a percentage.
Fr. Noise Threshold
: This setting defines the maximum level of change in pixel values which is
allowed before it is considered to be freezing, measured in millivolts.
Alarm Status
: When the alarm status is On, any alarms that are generated will be displayed in both
the multiviewer window and the GUI.
Region of Interest
: These settings specify an important area of the window where image quality has to
be maintained.
Display Region
: When an error is detected, the region of interest will appear on the window as a
transparent gray overlay for the time specified in this setting.
Region Width / Height
: These dimensions can be adjusted using the sliders or by specifying the
percentage of the total window width and height. The result of this selection is displayed in the
visualization area.
5. Audio Error Detection
Mute Detection
identifies when there is absolutely no sound from an audio signal.
Enable
: This button activates mute detection.
Trigger Interval
: This setting specifies the number of consecutive frames for which there is no
sound and an alarm should be generated.
Alarm Status
: When the alarm status is On, any alarms that are generated will be displayed in both
the multiviewer window and the GUI.
