Each of the pre-set program is made up of 16 segments and
the target times, strokes, calories, distances you set for the
workout will be evenly divided in to 16.
The time used in each segment will change accordingly with
the different resistance level settings. When the end of the
segment is reached the console will sound a short alarm before
changing to next segment.
NOTE :
You can change the resistance level ( 1~ 16 ) at any point during
the workout by “

of the readouts on display will be adjusted accordingly.
