If the unit is supplied without batteries, all handling should also be done with the use
of suitable hoisting equipment. In cases where the UPS unit is to be lifted by
personnel, lifting should be done by at least 4 people.
Check carefully the contents of the packaging. The packaging should contain:

the POWERLINE GREEN 33 LITE UPS unit,

RS232 communication cable to connection the UPS with a computer

USB communication cable to connection the UPS with a computer,

a set of 10x38 fuses (2 pcs
– for variants without a battery pack; 4 pcs – for
variants with a battery pack),

User Manual

Installation Recommendations,

warranty card,

mounting brackets (2 pcs),

EPO connection (1 piece),

input control connection (1 piece),

programmable output connection (1 piece).
INSTALLING THE UPS UNIT
When selecting the place and method of installation, always take into consideration
the considerable weight of the UPS unit. The UPS unit should only be used in
premises where the dust, temperature, and humidity levels are within the
specification. Appropriate cooling conditions must be provided to ensure correct
operation of the UPS unit. For this reason, the UPS unit’s vents and venting openings
must be uncovered and free of obstruction at all times. Minimum distance between
the UPS unit and other objects should not be less than 30 cm.
CAUTION! Installing a UPS unit in proximity of flammable materials or
substances is strictly prohibited!
After the UPS unit has been positioned in situ, fix the two additional mounting
brackets. Undo the four M8 screws found at the bottom of the unit’s casing, near the
centre. Carefully install the mounting brackets and fix them by installing and
tightening the previously removed screws (Fig. 10).
