GENERAL DESCRIPTION

6.1

Dust Free Industrial 8500 for industrial extraction of dust and

fine particulates

This air cleaner is able to capture the dust and fine particulates released in
many industrial processes, which would normally remain in the room, with a
very high efficiency.

6.1.1

Method of extraction of the polluted air

•

DFI 8500: through intake grille

6.2 Operation

The polluted air is sucked in and first reaches the main filter (fig. 3). All large
particles are captured in this main filter.

The second filter in the package is the final filter (fig. 3).

Repairs may only be carried out by Euromate or by persons authorised by
Euromate. A maintenance contract is also possible.

OPERATION / STATUS

The main switch is used to switch the power on and off.

The ‘play’ button is used to switch the device on.

The LED ring around the ‘play’ button indicates the status of the machine.
This is done using different colours:

MAINTENANCE

If the following simple maintenance and cleaning operations are carried out
with due care and at the specified intervals, any problems can often be
detected and corrected before they lead to an interruption of service. The
maintenance intervals may vary from those specified, depending on the
specific working and operating conditions. It is therefore recommended that,
in addition to the periodic maintenance indicated here, the machine be
subjected to a thorough, comprehensive annual inspection. Please contact
your supplier for more information.

WARNING

Overdue maintenance can lead to fire.

WARNING

Always turn the machine OFF before using the power outlet on
the unit. Observe the maximum wattage.

WARNING

Always turn the machine OFF and unplug it from the mains
socket before carrying out the work described below. First read
the maintenance instructions at the beginning of this manual.

9.2

Replacing the filters

Replace the filters:
•

in the event of damage

•

as soon as the extraction capacity becomes inadequate

Because the nature and degree of contamination greatly depend on factors
such as the exact application, humidity level, intensity of use etc., you will
have to determine the necessary replacement frequency based on
experience. Nevertheless, the filters should be checked regularly (every two
weeks to every two months).

WARNING

Contaminated filters often contain dust and dirt particles that
can pose a threat to health when inhaled. Therefore, wear a
proper, approved face mask when cleaning the filters.

9.2.1 Removing the filters

•

Switch the machine off with the main switch (fig. 4).

•

Release the latches and open the grille.

•

Remove the filter or filters.

9.2.3 Replacing the filters

•
