Re-installation or Replacing the Battery
Caution!
Before you remove the main battery, make sure that the remaining power
of the backup battery is over 50 % to prevent data loss. To view the battery
power, tap ,
Settings
, the
System
tab, and then
Power
.
If the phone or GPRS connection function is already activated,
deactivate it first and run the next step; otherwise abnormal disconnection
will occur.
1.
Press the fixing lock button on the rear side of the Pocket PC and remove
the back cover.
2.
Slide the main battery lock down to open the main battery lock. Now you
can easily remove the battery.
3.
Replace the main battery and lock it properly. When you remove the main
battery, the system operation will be powered temporarily by the backup
battery. But data will be lost if the main battery is not installed within 1
minute.
4.
Slide the back cover into the groove until you hear a click to indicate that
the back cover lock is locked properly.
Follow the directions in the figure to install or remove the battery
properly.
