VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Let the bread maker cool down properly before any maintenance work!
Do not use any aggressive chemicals or solvents for cleaning!
Clean the bread pan and kneading hooks as soon as possible after use. If the hooks are
not easy to remove from the shafts, fill the pan with warm water and leave them to soak
(for about 30 min.). Remove the kneading hooks. Clean the inside of the pan and kneading
hooks with a cloth (sponge) and water with a little detergent. Clean the outside of the pan
with a wet cloth. Never use metal or sharp objects for cleaning!
Never immerse the whole
pan in water! It could have a negative impact on the shaft rotation.
Clean the bread
maker with a wet cloth. Let all the parts dry properly after maintenance. The surface colour
will change over time which is normal. This change does not affect the surface properties.
Storage
Make sure that the bread maker is cold and dry before storage. Store the bread maker in a
safe and dry place, out of the reach of children and incapacitated persons.
Maintenance of a serious nature or maintenance which requires interference with
the internal parts of the appliance must be carried out by a professional service
centre! By failing to follow the instructions issued by the manufacturer, the right to
the warranty service will be invalidated!
If you are unable to fix the problem, or if you need any further information about the
