Cleaning
9.1.
Main unit
Wipe with a dry cloth in case that main unit case, LCD cover or operation panel is dirty.
If it has a stain which is hard to remove, moisten a soft cloth with a thinned neutral cleanser and wipe it.
Do not use a solvent such as thinner.
9.2.
Optical unit
Do not use a solvent such as thinner for cleaning. Clean carefully not to damage the
surface of optical parts. When the surface is damaged, measurement may not be carried
out successfully.
Clean the part pointed in the illustration below.
Check the condition first and blow visible dusts etc. Wipe with a dry and soft cloth if it is still dirty.
If it has a stain which is hard to remove, moisten a soft cloth with a thinned alcohol and wipe it lightly and
evenly. After that, wipe it with a dry and soft cloth.
