Button
Function
Aspect
Changes the picture’s aspect ratio, or how it fills the screen. See page 66.
Ch Display/Info
Displays the current channel and/or input source. See page 50.
Ch Prev.
Switches between the previous and current channels. See page 50.
Favorite
Sets up and selects up to 12 favorite channels so you can easily tune to them. See page 50.
Guide
Displays on-screen information about channel programming.
MTS (Multichannel TV Stereo)
Switches to stereo, mono, or SAP (Separate Audio Program) audio mode. See page 75.
Mute
Stops sound output from the TV speakers and external amplifier, if connected. See page 68.
Photo Zoom (+ and -)
Enlarges or reduces the size of photos while they’re shown in the photo viewer. See page 83.
POP (Picture-Outside-Picture) Controls the picture-outside-picture and channel zapping features. See pages 71 and 73.
Rotate
Rotates photos while viewing them in the photo viewer. See page 83.
Sleep
Sets the TV to go into sleep mode automatically. See page 76.
Swap
When viewing images with POP or channel zapping, switches the active image. See pages 71 and 73.
TV/Video
Selects a different connected source for viewing, such as your DVD player, VCR, etc. See page 41.

button to enter a subchannel with an

Volume button
Turns the TV speaker volume up or down (see
page 68). Also controls the volume of an external
amplifier, if you’ve connected it through the TV
(see page 29).
Equipment switch
Selects equipment to operate with the remote
control. See pages 35 and 36.
Menu and Exit buttons
Press

to open the menu screen so you can
adjust TV settings. Press
Exit
when done making a
setting or to close the menu screen.
Navigation buttons
Move highlight up, down, left, or right in menus
or when viewing pictures (see pages 69 and 77).

to accept a selection.
Channel button
Moves up or down one channel at a time.

Photo View
Lets you view or print photos on a digital photo
card or CD. See page 77.
Freeze
Freezes the current screen image so you can
print it. See page 69.
Prints a photo from a digital photo card or CD.
