Connecting the Projector to the Computer and
Installing the USB Driver

Connect the projector and the personal computer using the USB cable supplied
with the projector.
If the USB cable is connected while power to both the projector and the personal
computer is on, the "Add New Hardware" wizard starts up. In this case, proceed to step
4.

If the projector’s power has not been turned on, turn it on.

If the computer’s power has not been turned on, turn it on and start Windows.
The "Add New Hardware" wizard starts up.

Quit the "Add New Hardware" wizard by clicking the [
Cancel
] button.
5 Insert the "EasyMP Software" CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive of the computer.
The SETUP program starts up.
6 Click the [ Cancel ] button to exit the SETUP program.

Click [
Start
], and then select [
Run
].
The "Run" dialog box appears.

In the Open box, enter "(CD-ROM drive name): \USB-
Driver\Win98\language\Disk1\Setup", and then click the [
OK
] button.
The installation starts. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
