Group Setting
On the Scan - Group Setting page, settings for group can be specified.
Group Registration (Destination type)
In the Scan - Group Setting - Group Registration window, select the type of
group destination to be added.
Item Description
No. Displays the number in the group list. Click a group num-
ber where no destination is registered to add in the
Group Registration page.
For details, refer to “Group Registration (Destination
type)” on page 254.
If a group is already registered with the number that is
clicked, the registered information can be edited.
Name Displays the name of the group.
Address Shows whether the registered group contains e-mail
destinations.
Delete button Deletes the corresponding group.
Item Description
Group Registration From the drop-down list, select the type of group desti-
nation to be added.
If “E-mail” is selected, a group of
E-mail destinations
will displayed.

tions)” on page 255.
Apply button Displays the page for the type of address destination
selected from the list.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings in this page to their user
defaults.
