No. Displays the number in the address list. Click an address
number where no destination is registered to add a des-
tination from the
Address Registration page.
If a destination is already registered with the address
number that is clicked, the registered information can be
edited.
When registering an e-mail address or an address found
with an LDAP search as an address number, refer to
“Address Registration” on page 246.
When registering an FTP or SMB destination, refer to
“Address Registration (Scan to Server)” on page 247.
Name Displays the destination name of the address number.
Address Displays the destination information (e-mail address,
FTP address or SMB address) registered with the
address number.
Delete button Deletes the selected destination from the address.
