Introduction
About This Guide
This guide contains information about using your printer on a
network, including installing the printer software and making
network settings.
Note:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later, or Netscape Navigator 4.0
or later, must be installed in your computer to read the online guide.

This manual is written for network administrators, and many of the
steps included here require detailed network knowledge and
administrator rights.

The term network administrator refers to the person responsible for
maintaining the network. “Administrator” is synonymous with
“Supervisor” in this manual.

Some screen shots in this manual list a printer name other than your
printer. This difference is not alter the instructions.
