EPSON Status Monitor 3 (Windows only)

Selecting a Printer to Monitor

Before you can start monitoring a TCP/IP or LPR printer with
EPSON Status Monitor 3, you need to select the printer in your
operating system. Follow the steps for your operating system:
Windows 98/95, “Setting Up Your Printer” on page 10-4;
Windows 2000, “Setting up the printer in Windows 2000” on page
5-3; and NT 4.0, “Setting up the printer in Windows NT 4.0” on
page 5-6.

Note:

The IP address of the Internal Print Server must be set; otherwise the
printer does not appear on the screen. For instructions on setting the IP
address for the Internal Print Server, see “Setting the IP Address Using
EpsonNet WinAssist/MacAssist” on page 2-8.
