The time is saved. In standby mode, the display is completely black.
5.5.6 Operational lock/child lock
You can lock the system to prevent unauthorised access. To do so, you
must enter a PIN to lock the system so it cannot be operated.
You may choose the PIN. It must contain 4–8 digits. It is no longer possible
to operate the system if you lose the PIN.

No access to the control unit
The control unit cannot be used if the PIN is not known.
Save the PIN in a safe place.
Contact your retailer or EOS Service if you lose your PIN.
