Scope: Internal zero filter replacement PAGE: 1/1 Frequency: 6 months
Proceed in the following order:

Turn off the analyzer and unplug the power cable.

Remove the cover screw located on the analyzer rear panel. Remove the protective cover.

Disconnect the hydrocarbon scrubber tube (1) and the solenoid valve tube (2).

Remove the internal zero filters (3) and replace with new ones.

Reconnect the hydrocarbon scrubber tube (1) and the solenoid valve tube (2).

Plug in the power cable and power on the analyzer.

Click-on the alarm icon displayed in the bottom bar of any screen to view active alarms. Then,
click-on the internal zero filter alarm and set the internal zero filter countdown to 180 days.

Wait at least one hour for the measurement to stabilize, then launch a new zero-reference cycle.
