4.3.6.2 The Set GC Time screen
You must be logged in at least at the Regular user level to access this
screen. If you are not already logged in, the Login screen will display.
To change the date or time:
1. Press the Edit key to activate the MM text box.
2. Enter the appropriate number for the current month.
3. Press the Enter key.
4. Move to the next text box.
5. Repeat the first three steps.
Daylight savings time is the practice of temporarily advancing clocks
so that afternoons have more daylight and mornings have less.
Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring
and are adjusted backward in autumn. Since the use of daylight
savings time is not universal, you have the option of enabling or
disabling it with the LOI.
To enable or disable daylight savings:
1. Use the down arrow key to select the Enable Day Light
Savings check box.
2. Press the Edit key to toggle the check box.
