Washing machine does not
start.
Check that the door is properly closed.
Check that the machine is plugged in
correctly. Check that the water tap is
turned on.
Check that the START/PAUSE button is
pressed in. Check that the ON/OFF button
is pressed in.
Door does not open.
Fault in door safety
interlock.
Unplug the machine.
Water leak.
Water dripping from the
supply hose and/or drain
hose.
Check and tighten the supply hose or drain
hose connections.
Clean the hose and make sure the drain
hose is not kinked.
Water flows out from beneath
the machine.
Supply hose is not se-
curely connected.
Drain hose is leaking
water.
Connect the supply hose correctly. Re-
place the drain hose.
Status light or display does not
light up.
No power. Fault in circuit
board. Fault in harness
connection.
Check that there is power at the socket
and the plug is properly plugged in. If
this is not the problem, contact a service
technician.
Poor washing results.
Laundry is too dirty. Insuf-
ficient detergent.
Choose a suitable wash programme.
Fill with the correct amount of detergent
(see advice on detergent packaging).
Abnormal noise and excessive
vibration.
Check if fixing screws have come loose.
Check that washing machine is installed
on a flat, stable floor.
Check whether there are any hair clips or
other metal items inside the machine.
Check that the washing machine’s feet are
correctly adjusted.
