After successful ice formation, a calibration prompt or the

screen is displayed (depending on the configured calibration
interval).

If necessary, calibrate device.

The calibration interval is defined by the lab supervisor.

5. Tap Measure.
The measurement menu opens.

6. Pipette the appropriate sample volume into an unused and clean
measurement vessel.

NOTE!
Risk of incorrect measurement resulting from the presence of air
bubbles in the sample!
• The sample must be pipetted without air bubbles.
