3.8 Filters
Hydraulic oil filter
Replace hydraulic filter according to maintenance
chart. This task should be performed by
authorized service technician. (Picture 1)
Engine air filter
If the clogged air filter symbol appears on the
display, the air filter must be changed. (see
Section 1.7)
The filter must also be changed according to
service maintenance chart.
Warning
Never remove the air filter while the
engine is running.
1. Dismount right rear side cover to locate air
filter.
2. Loosen the filterhouse and tilt it upwards.

3. Loosen the straps to retrieve filter elements.
If the air filter is dirty
Remove the primary air cleaner element.

Clean the inside of the air cleaner cover and body
with a clean, dry cloth.
Clean the primary air cleaner element using a
vacuum cleaner or low pressure compressed air
(pressure < 207kPa). The secondary air cleaner
element is not serviceable or washable.
(Picture 4)
It should be changed for every three cleanings
of the primary air cleaner element. If the primary
air cleaner element is damaged, change both
elements.
Put back the primary air cleaner element that is
new or cleaned. Install the air cleaner cover.
