1 - INTRODUCTION
This 95% efficient gas fired two stage condensing
furnace is an upflow, downflow, horizontal left and
right warm air furnace suitable for residential and
light commercial heating applications from 60,000
to 120,000 BTU/Hr.
The 95% efficient furnace series is CSA design cer-
tified as a Category IV indirect or direct vent cen-
tral forced air furnace. When installed as a direct
vent furnace, all combustion air is supplied to the
furnace burners through the air intake system.

All models may be fired by natural gas or LP gas
(propane) and may be field converted from natural
gas to LP gas.
The furnace is shipped completely assembled ex-
cept for the drain trap assembly and the venting.
Please inspect for damage when the furnace is un-
packed.

this manual to notify the reader of potential hazards
of varying risk levels.
