If after installation of the shunt trip a contactor failure occurs in the EV charger, the EV charger enters a fault mode. The 

LED indicator on the front cover turns red. See Section 9.2. After a few seconds, the emergency output activates the 

shunt trip, switching off the circuit breakers.
