The general operating permit must be carried in the vehicle when the rack is mounted. Do not travel with the bicycle rack empty.
Store it in the boot of your vehicle. This prevents increased fuel consumption and protects the rack. The driver is always responsib-
le for ensuring that the load and the load securing meet the regulations.
Personal injury or property damages caused by increase wind loads.
The bicycle rack and trailer tow bar may be damaged by too high a wind load.
• Remove all bags from the bicycle before starting your journey.
• Do not use protective covers for the bicycle during the journey.

5. Operating instructions
5.1 Mounting the bicycle rack
The bicycle rack must first be assembled. Take all of the components out of the packaging and set them out clearly. Check the scope of delivery. Every stage is
described and clearly shows which components are required for the assembly of the rack.
5.1.1 Mounting the U-shaped bracket
Place the left and right halves of the rack table on an even surface with the wheel rail openings facing upwards. Secure the rack traverse to the rack table by
feeding the M6 x 70 lock screws from the top through the table and traverse and screwing into from below with washers and nuts. At this point, do not yet
tighten the nuts. Pay attention to ensure that the screws for the license holder are on the outside of the rack traverse.
Connect both rack halves with the connection plates and the table. Make sure that the large, central drilled hole of the connection plate lines up with the hole
of the rack table. Insert the four M8 x 50 hexagonal screws with washers, from the inside, through the connecting plate and the square pipe of the rack table.
From the outside, place the rack base on the ends of the screws. In doing so, the mount for the tow bar must be at the bottom. Secure the base using washers,
spring washers and nuts. Now screw the M16 x 1.5 x 90 screw approximately one centimetre into the rack base. Align all of the mounted parts and tighten all
screw connections evenly and firmly.
Result
Seal the ends of the tubes of the rack table using the rectangular plugs 60 x 30 [mm].
