Before use, the instructions and instruction manual for the blower, filter, and accessory have to be read carefully.
Flawless operations and safe application of the product can only be ensured by the exact compliance with the regu-
lations provided in these instructions.
e-breathe does not take liability for damages, which occur because of incorrect and improper use of the product, or
which arise due to maintenance and repairs not performed at the facility of e-breathe or performed at other facilities,
which are not explicitly authorised by the company.
Furthermore, it is pointed out that the respirators and products are always used only by professionally trained indi-
viduals and under the supervision and responsibility of personnel, which is exactly informed about the application
boundaries of the devices and the current laws in the country of use.

For products manufactured in the company‘s facilities in Germany, the company grants a 12-month warran-
ty (unless otherwise expressly agreed) on the parts used and the workmanship. Approved returns in compli-
ance with the warranty provisions within this period are permissible. The warranty period begins on the date
of purchase. The Company warrants that these products are free from defects in materials and workmanship
at the time of shipment. Any warranty claim against the company will be void in case of intentional damage, ne-
gligence, unusual working conditions, non-compliance with the manufacturer‘s original operating instructions
/ user manual, improper use or in case of modifications or repairs by persons not authorized by the company.
If claims are made during the warranty period, the date of purchase must be documented. All claims made during
the warranty period must be reported to the customer service departments of e-breathe. Processing must be in ac-
cordance with the return policy.
