Aligning the needle bar linkage

To move the needle bar linkage sideways:

1. Set the stitch length to

2. Move the handwheel into the

position.

3. Loosen the screw (1).
4. Loosen the screws (2).
5. Loosen the screws (3).
6. Loosen the screw (8).
7. Move the needle bar linkage (7) sideways so that needle bar (4),

feeding foot bar (5) and presser foot bar (6) are all in a line.

8. Tighten screws (1), (2), (3), and (8).
