AVVIAMENTO E MARCIA DELLA MOTO
1) Disinserite la frizione agendo sulla leva
comando.
2) Con la punta del piede abbassate decisamente
la leva selezione marce in modo da innestare la
prima marcia. La leva abbandonata ritornerà nella
posizione iniziale.
3) Accelerate ora il motore, agendo sulla
manopola comando rilasciando, lentamente e
contemporaneamente, la leva della frizione; il
veicolo comincerà a spostarsi.
4) Abbandonate completamente la leva frizione
ed accelerate.
5) Per passare in seconda occorre chiudere
l’acceleratore per ridurre i giri del motore,
disinserire immediatamente la frizione, sollevare
la leva selezione marce e rilasciare la leva
comando frizione.
Questa manovra va ripetuta per passare in terza,
quarta, quinta e sesta.
Il passaggio dalle marce superiori a quelle
inferiori avviene nel modo seguente: rilasciare
l’acceleratore, tirare la leva frizione, accelerare
brevemente il motore, ciò permette la
sincronizzazione degli ingranaggi da innestare;
scalare quindi la marcia inferiore e rilasciare la
frizione.
L’uso dei comandi deve avvenire con intelligenza
e tempestività: in salita quando la macchina
accenna a diminuire la velocità si deve passare
immediatamente alla marcia inferiore, si evitano
cosi sollecitazioni anormali a tutta la struttura
della macchina e non solo al motore.
Importante
Evitate accelerazioni brusche che possono
provocare ingolfamenti e strappi troppo bruschi
agli organi di trasmissione. Evitate di tenere la
MOVING OFF
1) Disengage the clutch squeezing the control
lever.
2) Push down on gear shift lever sharply with the
tip of your foot to engage the first gear. Once
released, the lever will spring back to its original
position.
3) Speed up engine, by turning the throttle twist
grip and slightly releasing the clutch lever at the
same time. The motorcycle will start moving off.
4) Let go of clutch lever and speed up.
5) To shift to second gear, close the throttle to
slow down engine, disengage the clutch right
away, lift the gear change lever and let go of
clutch lever.
Repeat the same procedure to shift to 3
rd
, 4
th
,
5th and 6th gear.
To shift down, release the twist grip, pull clutch
control lever, shortly speed up to help gears
synchronize, shift down and release clutch.
The controls should be used correctly and timely:
when riding uphill do not hesitate to shift down
as soon as the machine tends to slow down, so
you will avoid lugging the engine and stressing
the motorcycle abnormally.
Important
Avoid harsh accelerations, as this may lead
to carburettor flooding and transmission
snatching. The clutch lever should not be pulled
longer than necessary after gear is engaged, or
friction parts may overheat and wear out.
DEMARRAGE ET MISE EN ROUTE
DE LA MOTO
1) Débrayez en agissant sur le levier
correspondant.
2) Avec le bout du pied, baisser avec décision le
levier de sélection vitesses de manière à
engager le premier rapport. Une fois relâché, le
levier reviendra à sa position initiale.
3) Accélérez en agissant sur la poignée de
commande de gaz en lâchant dans un même
temps et graduellement le levier d’embrayage; la
moto commencera à se déplacer.
4) Lâchez totalement le levier de débrayage et
commencer à accélérer.
5) Pour passer la seconde vitesse il faut couper
les gaz pour réduir le régime du moteur;
débrayer subitement, soulever le levier de
sélection vitesses et lâcher le levier
d’embrayage.
Cette opération doit être répétée pour passer en
troisième, quatrième, cinquième et sixième
vitesse.
Le passage des vitesses supérieures aux
vitesses inférieures se fait comme suit: lâcher
l’accélérateur, tirer le levier de débrayage,
accélérer un peu le moteur: cela permet la
synchronisation de tous les engrenages à
engager; ensuite rétrograder et lâcher le levier
d’embrayage.
L’utilisation des commandes doit être effectuée
judicieusement et avec rapidité: dans les
montées, lorsque la moto tend à ralentir passez
tout de suite le rapport inferieur, on évite ainsi
toutes sollicitations anormales en l’occurence
pour le moteur mais aussi pour la partie cycle.
