PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The display screen of the device
does not light up
• Make sure that the power cord is connected to the mains and to the unit.
• Press the “ON/STANDBY” button again.
• Check that the current delivered by the mains corresponds to that of the device (Volt (V) Hertz (Hz)).
• Check with another device if a power supply is available in the wall outlet.
• If the device still does not light up, contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.
Low or no suction
• Check that the breast shield is fully screwed onto the collection container (screw tightly).
• Check that the “Clean Valve” transparent valve specifi c to the MINIKIT DUO breast pump is present.
• Check that the membrane is correctly positioned on the intermediate ring of the valve.
• Check that the protective membrane is correctly positioned in its housing.
• Check that the tubing is properly connected and not bent.
• Check the condition of the O-ring between the breast shield and the collection container.
• Check there is no residue in the tubing.
• When using double pumping mode, check that the selector is correctly positioned.
• If the problem persists, contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.
The suction is too strong despite
decreasing
suction with the
button
• Deactivate the breast pump then turn it on.
• If the problem persists, contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.
The breast pump sucks con-
tinuously
• Do not pull the breast shield off your breast (risk of pain and injury).
• Insert your fi nger between your breast and the breast shield to allow air to enter permitting the breast shield to
be removed more easily or disconnect the tubing from the breast shield.
Liquid has been spilt on the
breast pump
• Turn off the breast pump.
• Unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet.
• Do not place the breast pump upside down. The control panel must face upwards.
• Leave the breast pump in a dry warm place for 24 hours.
Comment:
• Do not expose the breast pump to direct sunlight to dry more quickly.
• Keep dry and protect from moisture.
• Do not speed up the drying process by using a heat source.
The equipment stops
suddenly in suction
• Disconnect the tubing from the device to vent it.
• If it stopped switching from one mode to another, contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.
The equipment is noisy
during use
• Check that the tubing of the device is properly connected to the appliance.
• If the problem persists, contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.
A part or accessory in the kit
is missing
• Contact DTF MEDICAL or your local supplier.

Warranty
This device is guaranteed for 2 years from the date
of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover the consequences of
accidents or any use that does not comply with the
manufacturer’s instructions. To be accepted, invoices
must include the vendor’s stamp and be dated on the
day of purchase. To make a claim under the guarantee,
the device must be returned complete, with the
invoice, carriage paid.
Recycling
KITETT® breast pumps must be disposed of in
accordance with local disposal guidelines for electrical
appliances. Use your local waste disposal system
for electrical and electronic equipment (including
batteries). You thus contribute to the preservation of
the environment and the protection of human health.
