Decommissioning and disassembly for transport
Prerequisite
•
The fire simulation system is prepared in accordance with the "Daily decommissioning"
chapter.
Procedure
1. Remove and safety stow Dräger X-zones.
2. Remove gas lines from the gas supply and container 1. Then close the cover door on
the gas connections.
3. Disconnect the gas connection between containers 1 and 3 from the hose
connections. Then cover the gas connections.
4. Disassemble the blow-out line on container 1 and cover the connections.
5. Remove the flues. To do this, detach the pull cord from the flue hatch and remove
through the guide pipe from below. Lift the flues using a suitable crane on the crane
lug and carefully remove from the flue mount.
6. Remove the cover plates in containers 1 and 2.
7. Push back the cover plates in container 3.
8. Unplug the red CEE plug from the mains connection.
9. Unplug the Harting plug on the data transfer cable from connections.
10. Insert the data cables from container 2 and container 3 (under the fire pan) into the
container and secure against falling.
11. Disconnect the alarm lamp from the connection and remove from the container wall.
12. Remove the earthing cables between containers 1 and 2 and from containers 1 and 3.
13. Remove the earthing rod from the ground, if present, and disconnect the earthing
cable from the main earthing bolt. Close the cover door on the power supply box.
14. Close the side doors on container 3 and secure using straps. Close the container
doors completely. Remove the bridge fittings between containers 3 and 2. Load
container 3 onto the transport vehicle using suitable lifting gear. To do this, reach into
the forklift straps using a forklift or lift on the container edges using a crane. If
necessary, remove StabPack blocks and shim plates.
15. Close the side doors on container 2 and secure using straps. Close the container
doors completely. Remove the bridge fittings between containers 2 and 1. Load
container 2 onto the transport vehicle using suitable lifting gear. If necessary, remove
StabPack blocks and shim plates.
16. Close the side doors on container 1 and secure using straps. Close the container
doors completely. Close the technical room doors completely. Load container 1 onto
the transport vehicle using suitable lifting gear. If necessary, remove StabPack blocks
and shim plates.
