Connect the gas supply
The gas can be supplied by a gas tank provided by the customer, which is not supplied by
Dräger. The connections for the gas supply are located on the left outer side of the
technical room. There one connection each for the liquid and gaseous phases.
Connect the gas supply to the gas tank as follows:
1. Set up the gas tank in accordance with the local regulations at a minimum distance of
5 m to container 1 (see Fig. 18).
2. Connect blow-out line to the corresponding connections on
container 1 and tighten securely using crown nuts. Secure the
blow-out linen to the roof edge of container 1 using the pipe
mount.
3. Open the cover door for the gas connections on
container 1. Fasten gas lines to the corresponding
cylinders on the system and connect to the gas
supply. If necessary, connect an adapter to the gas
connection. Observe the size of the flange (gas:
DN25, liquid gas: DN15).
4. Establish a gas connection between containers 1
and 3. To do this, fasten the gas line to the
corresponding hose connections.
Gas supply is connected.
