4.1.1 Production Test Chromatogram
Isocratic elution of anions on the IonPac NS1 analytical column has been optimized utilizing tetrabutylammonium ion as the ion-
pairing agent and acetonitrile as the organic modifier. Using these eluent conditions, highly retained anions can be eluted from the
hydrophobic packing of the IonPac NS1. To guarantee that all IonPac NS1 analytical columns meet high quality and reproducible
performance specification standards, all columns undergo the following production control test.
